Brunswick PorchFest welcomes a limited number of food and beverage vendors each year to help serve the thousands of attendees who visit Historic Downtown Brunswick.
All food and beverage vendors must apply for consideration. Due to limited space and our goal of providing a diverse selection of food options, submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance.
Applications are reviewed based on several factors, including:
If selected, vendors will receive additional information regarding permits, setup, arrival times, and event logistics.
Ready to apply? Complete the Food & Beverage Vendor Application below.
All food & beverage sales occurring within the festival boundaries during Brunswick PorchFest must be approved through the official Food & Beverage Vendor Application process. This requirement applies even if the food/beverage is being served from private property.
To comply with the health department requirements associated with our event permit, only food & beverage vendors that have been officially accepted by Brunswick PorchFest may operate during the event.
Food & beverage vendors who submit an application but are not selected, or who do not apply, may not set up elsewhere within the festival boundaries, including on private property.
This policy helps ensure compliance with local regulations, maintains a safe experience for attendees, and allows us to manage food and beverage service throughout the event.
Brunswick PorchFest is a community music festival, not a craft or vendor market. For that reason, we do not accept applications for merchandise, artisan, informational, political, or other non-food or beverage vendors.
If you are interested in selling products during PorchFest, you are welcome to do so from private property with the permission of the property owner, provided your setup does not interfere with sidewalks, streets, festival operations, or pedestrian traffic. Any sales conducted on private property are independent of Brunswick PorchFest and are the responsibility of the property owner and vendor.
PorchFest will use the following target dates in the review and communication with vendors:
August 1 Applications Open
September 1 Application Deadline
October 1 Yes/No Communication to Vendors
October 15 Paperwork/Vendor Fee Deadline
October 20 Final Line Up Published
The cost for participation of selected food and non-alcoholic beverage vendors is $250. Licensed alcohol vendors are required to sponsor the festival at the Bronze Level.
If you're unsure whether your business qualifies or have questions about participating as a food vendor, we'd be happy to help. Please contact us before submitting your application.
